Remote Support Internet Explorer on Windows:
Please follow the instructions below to get Teamviewer running on your computer. I have detected you are using Internet Explorer on Windows if this is incorrect, please let your technician know.
At the bottom of the screen a bar will appear asking if you want to Run, Save or Cancel. Please select “Run”
There will be some windows asking for permission to run the program. Answer Yes to them all
Read the 9 digit ID number the program will display to your technician. The password will show up as “****” because we do not share it for your safety.
